    Hello,

I have a problem that I can't figure out how to fix. So when an employee is off, a different employee may be moved to cover that service rather than his own. So for a specific day I may want "Joe Smith" to have a day off, but "Pete Davis" to stand in for Joe, doing Joe's service, but not doing his own. Does that make sense? I thought this would be easy, I simply added a special day for Pete reflecting the different times on Joe's service. But this didn't work, I am assuming because he isn't assigned to that service, on that day. But I can't assign him to Joe's service for every Monday, because I only want him to do it on Monday 31st.

    Hi, Steve!

Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

It can be achieved this way:

Pete's usual Working hours have only his Services (Service A and Service B) added to them:

Pete is also assigned to Joe's Service (Service C), but it's not added to his usual Working hours. Instead of that, it's added to his Special days:

    Hope that will help.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Liza,

Yes that was exactly what I was trying but it wasn't working. I think I just had something set wrong somewhere, or was looking at the wrong service. All good now.

    Thanks

    Steve
