I would like to know how Amelia manages this thing. I have a business with several services.
Each service has a capacity of 20 people per time slot. If a group take a reservation in a time slot for 5 people, will this time slot remains available for another 15 people reservation or will it disappear from the front end form?
I need that a time slot remain reservable untill the sum of persons of each group reach the maximum capacity I set in the service settings.
In Amelia, both options are possible: you can set it the way that once a group of people books an appointment, this time slot becomes unavailable for further booking, and the way that you described when it remains available for other customers until the total number of bookings reach the maximum capacity.
So, if you want a time slot to remain bookable, then you should enable the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" slider in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments, and it's done.
