Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Hi there! We have about 50-60 extra services added, and in email placeholders they all show up as %service_extra_90_name% - what is that number relating to? The main service it's assigned to? How can I distinguish between all those extra services when adding them to email notifications? Thank you!
Hi again, Yulia!
You can see their names if you hover over the placeholders on the Notifications page.
The numbers are being assigned to Extras in the order they were added to Services (thus, the most recent one will have the biggest number).
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Best Regards.
Ah I see, thank you!
One more question - if we have all the extras placed in email as placeholders, will the empty line/paragraph show in the email if NO extras is booked? For example, if we have about 50 placeholders for 50 extra services, are customers going to get 50 empty lines of email?
Yulia
Hi, Yulia!
I'm glad I could help.
No, they are supposed to remain blank since there's no information that they have to be filled in with.
Best Regards.
