Is it also possible with the plugin to select bookings for a specific period and not only for a specific day? That is, people reserve or book for a certain period of time.

If by a period you mean multiple days in a row, then it can be achieved only with Events in Amelia, since Services can last for up to 23h 30mins. But Events can last for multiple days and even months. You can find more information about Events here: https://wpamelia.com/events/
