    Hi,

Is it possible to allow new customers to only book services from one category or only book certain services. ie. not all bookable services are available until they have been opened up to them

My client needs her new customers to do a face to face induction before they can freely book time whenever they like. I’m looking at the best way to facilitate this using the Amelia plugin.

    Thanks,
    Sally

    Hi, Sally!

    Thank you for your inquiry.

At the moment, there's no feature that would restrict user's access to the booking forms on the front-end in Amelia.

However, I believe it can be achieved with some other plugin: you can add Amelia's booking form with these Services only to a page that is available for the public, and the rest of the Services - to the pages that are available only for logged-in users.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Liza,

Many thanks for your response to my question.

I'm trying to understand comment about using another plugin. Would this me possible with one installation of Amelia ? Customers can either book services available to everyone or difference services if they login. Which plugin would allow this?

    Kind regards,
    Sally

    Hi, Sally!

Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

Yes, you can add Amelia on unlimited numbers of pages. The only thing that matters is the number of domains, since the Basic plan, for example, can be installed on only one domain. This is the only limitation in Amelia. Thus, you can create some pages available for logged-in users, and some pages available for the public.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you precisely which plugin will suit the best. Basically, any plugin for access restriction.

    Best Regards.
