HI ,
I tried to implement an employee's shortcode in a page , but there seem a javascript error so the component just keep loading.
[ameliabooking employee=28]
Hi Howard,
thank you for reaching out to us!
Is your Employee appropriately connected to at least one service?
Does that service length fit into employee's work hours?
If so, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi Howard,
thank you for the credentials!
It seems that your 28 employee is Betty.
When you go to Amelia > Employees > Betty > Work Hours, she has no work hours set. Please add Work Hours for her.
Also, in Amelia > Employees > Betty > Assigned Services, Betty is not connected to any service; please choose a service she works on.
When you set this up, you can make the shortcode for Betty.
Problem solved. Thanks.
That's great Howard; thank you for letting me know
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
