Hello. I want to know if there is a way to let the employee to open his or her availabilities for the next month.
For example, we are now in may. I, as employee, want to open my calendar for june. But I don't want to show in the frontend my availabilities for july, august, and so.
The only thing that I can find is working with days off. I can set days off from july to end of the year. But I have a problem with this solution. One employee has two kind of services: medical appointment and another service (recurrent workshops). I need that his workshops could be reserved from the frontend without restriction (in july, august, etc) but the medical appointment with restriction (today users could reserve june but not july, august, etc). If I set days off, it applies for all of his services.
Thank you!
Hi, Lucas!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
As far as I understand, these medical appointments take place in June, July, and August, and you just don't want Customers to book them in advance, is that correct?
If so, then you should set "Period available for booking in advance" dor this Services to let's say 45 days in Edit Service -> Settings -> General Settings. Thus, Customers will be able to book the Service only for May and June, and in the middle of June bookings for July will be opened, and so on.
Hope that will help.
Best Regards.
Hi Liza, thank you for your reply!
If I do what you say, then events that will take place in august or september for this employee will not appear in calendar to be booked (hope that I am clear with my need).
Thank you again
Hi, Lucas!
But as far as I understand, you have two different types of appointments: workshops and medical appointments. So, this setting should be applied only to medical appointments.
Or do you want them to stay bookable from the back-end once they are unavailable for booking on the front-end? If so, then you will have to create two sets of medical appointments: 1) for the back-end (without booking in advance time limited) that should have the option "show on site" disabled, so they will be available only from the back-end, 2) and the once for the front-end (that you already have). Thus, on the back-end, the appointments will be available for booking for July, August, etc.
Best Regards.
