Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
I have few issues found when i developing the site using Amelia,
1) When a new user Book an appointment in Amelia , Amelia will create a new Customers user, but it will not appear in Wordpress User section, even if I turned on the "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" options. is it a bug?
2) When deleting Customers in Amelia Admin, the deleted user will still exist in WP Admin User section, is it a bug?
Hello Guy
1. If a new user books an appointment from the front-end, and you have "Automatically create Amelia Customer User" enabled, that user will be created in WordPress, and it will be visible through the Users section of your dashboard. If you don't see new users, make sure you're not using an email of an already existing user.
2. Amelia can create a WP user, but it can't delete it, so if a customer in Amelia/Customers is deleted, you will need to manually delete the WP user from the site.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
