    Hi, Kari!

    Sorry for the delayed response.

And thank you for choosing Amelia.

Issues like this one usually occur when Amelia's CSS wasn’t applied correctly or there is a conflict with another plugin.

First,  please open the Amelia -> Customize page, click on "Reset" and then on "Save".

If it doesn't help, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will find the plugin causing the issue.

Please note that if you use the SG Optimizer plugin, you should exclude pages with Amelia from its settings since there's a conflict between the two plugins.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
