    I would like to upgrade to the annual pro plan and deduct what i've paid already for the single license plan.


    I would also like to ask, can i upgrade to the lifetime plans at any time during my 1 year and get full credit towards the lifetime plan (if it's still offered)

    Hi, Eddie!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    As you probably already know, if you upgrade the license, you will have to pay only the difference between the two licenses that will be calculated respectively (so, the time you were using Amelia Basic will be deducted from its price).

    If you confirm the upgrade, we will forward the request to our reseller, Paddle, and they will charge your card or PayPal account for the difference.

    For that, we will need the email address you used for the purchase and the license you want to upgrade to.

    So, please, let us know and we will make the change.

    Also, I will have to reach out to my colleague regarding the lifetime license offer.

    Hi Eddie!

    I got a response from my colleague regarding the lifetime license.

    The procedure is automatic, so even though you are in a 15-day money-back guarantee, you will be using the plugin for 15 days. The price is calculated daily (so $0.17 per day), that's why the price of the upgrade to Pro annual was $50.98. 

    Upgrading to the lifetime plan works the same way: you currently have the subscription-based license, and at the moment of upgrade to a Lifetime license, the amount of time spent using the subscription license will not be taken into account.
