We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi, i want to buy your plugin for my site to create a booking area.

    I saw the price but i didn't understand what Packages of Services are? Since I have only one site, the BASIC version could be enough for me but I just wanted to understand this detail; if it is important he will take the PRO

    Hi Andrea,

    thank you for taking interest in Amelia, and for reaching out to us!

    Via Packages, you can combine multiple services, and even discount them, to offer them as a "bulk" to your clients. Within Packages, you can choose which Services you'd like to join, how many appointments will a client have available to book (example: 3 appointments in the span of one month for each service), and even choose whether there will be a discount or not for the Package of Services.

    If this feature is important to you, then you would need Pro version.

    since for now I would only use your service to manage reservations without charging the customer online and since it started offering only one service I would say that the BASIC version is ok for me, right?
    If necessary, then I will update my subscription.

    In that case, yes - you can just set up the payments to be On Site; Basic covers everything that you see on our website, except for Packages, and use on multiple domains.
