    Cuando un cliente reserva un servicio, por defecto amelia le pide que rellene sus datos:

    Nombre, apellidos, email y teléfono.

    ¿Puedo añadir más preguntas? Necesito que mis clientes rellenen un formulario de salud para contratar yoga, pilates...

    Por ejemplo:

    Edad

    Peso

    Salud

    etc

    Es decir, necesitaría más datos de los clientes cuando contratan un servicio.

    Also, I apologize, may we please continue in English; I want to make sure that I gave you right information, and my Spanish is not very good.

    You can add attachments, you can give your customers few options to pick from with Radio Buttons, etc.

    Thanks, I wrote in Spanish becaise the form is in Spanish and I thought you world see it translated by your browser maybe ;-)


    I am very very happy with Amelia plugin. Works great.

    Hi Isabel,

    Sometimes it does, some times it does not (I am not sure why Google cannot offer translations on every page, unfortunately).

    I apologize if anyone asked you this already from our team, but, may I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind? 

    Can you, please, leave a review on Lite version of Amelia if you have an account at wordpress.org and have a couple of minutes? No need to write any specific text.
