    Hi there

    What is the best plugin to use with Amelia in order to send customers newsletters or updates? Is there something available from you? If not, which other product would you recommend?

    I would like to send a monthly newsletter with new services, specials etc.

    thank you for reaching out to us!

    We unfortunately don't have this feature at the moment; only scheduled notifications such as appointment reminder and post appointment follow up ("thank you for using our services"); neither of these are recurring in the sense that they can be set up to be sent for newsletter.

    Therefore I'm unable to propose any particular newsletter plugin; there is a solution though.

    You can send customer information (customers who made bookings will need to leave their email) via WebHooks to the plugin that you will use for newsletter.

    In this way the process would be automatic, and you would not have to manually search customers in Amelia and send them newsletter - webhooks would pull this info into the plugin.

    Here is an example of how this setup is made (example because this is for Mailchimp, you can use other apps / plugins):
