We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,
I bought a WP Amelia license, and I am quite satisfied with the product.
I would like to offer our site's prices in several different currencies. Is there a feature that allows me to get this service?
    Thank you for your answer.

    Hi Valerie,

thank you for taking interest in Amelia, and for reaching out to us!

Amelia doesn't have multi currency, but if WooCommerce's multi-currency extension works for all other products, there's no reason why it wouldn't work for Amelia's products. We haven't had any complaints about this, but to be honest - Amelia is designed to work with WooCommerce, not its add-ons, so integration with this (or any other extension) is not confirmed, and we can't guarantee that it will work.

The plugin sends appointment's data to WooCommerce, so from Cart onward - it's all WooCommerce.

Unfortunately, even though this feature may be critical in your case, it's not a commonly requested feature. I do hope our developers will add that to the plugin in the future, but I don't believe it's going to be any time soon.

I'll forward this to them, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

    Hi Ivana,

I just raised a private ticket about this issue.

I thought i would share my experience here as well. Might be beneficial for someone else.
I wanted to use woocommerce's multi-currency support to overcome this issue, but unfortunately, Amelia is forcing Woocommece to use Amelia's prices, even though I set prices for the "integration" products in Woocommerce.

    Kind Regards
    Sandor

    Hi Sandor!smile.png

Exactly - that's why I mentioned that I can't guarantee it will work, as Amelia is essentially a "one time transaction" plugin.

As WC Multicurrency is not our plugin, on the other hand, we leave space for clients to check in with them as well - because perhaps WC finds a way to overcome this for base plugins like ours; so I would again be giving you an incorrect information saying it 100% will not workfrown.png Additionally, we don't have a way of testing it thoroughly with every update so claiming it will surely work or surely won't would be an assumption.
