    I am running a fitness studio that contains all of their classes in an annual package, 3 month package, and 1 month package. When someone purchases an annual package, it seems they only have access to the package classes that were added at time of purchase - if new class types are added past that purchase date, they don't have access to them. How can we give people who purchased an annual package of classes access to new services that are added after they have purchased that package?

    thank you for reaching out to us!

    As Amelia does not have a "renewal" option for the packages, any change made to an existing package would require the customer to purchase the package again manually, as the services that are added after the initial purchase would not be automatically included into packages that were already bought, I apologize.

    Oh yikes, I really wish that would have been clearer from the start - now I have a very complex setup and had I known it worked this way with packages I never would have used Amelia to begin with.

    Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
