Dear Support
For wordpress logged in users, data such as name and email address are pre-filled. Is it possible to not have the email address pre-filled for the logged in user? Either a code snippet or other solution? Thanks in advance,
András
Hello Andras
Thank you for your purchase.
These are prefilled and disabled only if the WP user already booked an appointment while logged in. If they booked the appointment previously, their WP user is linked with Amelia/Customer user, and his/her details are already filled.
There's no way to change this behavior other than disallowing Amelia to create WordPress users when they're booking, by disabling the "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" in Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
