For example, is it possible to place multiple services within a package, so that the time of the booking is extended to the duration of all services within the package, but that only 1 booking has to be made as with the services and not everything separately. In the case of my client, this would be used to bundle services delivered at home in 1 appointment and not in separate appointments. Is there a way within amelia to do this?
I have several services (about 20) within amelia, each with their own custom fields (10 fields per service, some are the same across different services), each service has the option to choose all other services as an extra (not the package way, because they have to continue at the same time).
Some reasons why the extra options do not meet my needs in this project:
By default, the services must be booked at least 1 day in advance, but some must be booked 3 - 5 days in advance because external partners are involved. The extras always take the minimum advance time of the primary service that has been chosen.
As mentioned above, I have specific fields depending on the service they have chosen. But with extras, only the fields of the current service are taken and not the services included in the extras.
I currently have around 20 services, if I change the price of 1 service or add an extra service, this means that I can adjust all services, which after a while is very time-consuming.
That is why I would find it useful to be able to set the booking of packages to be booked as 1 appointment and not each service separately. Maybe just a checkbox in the package settings to choose if it should be booked separately or as 1 appointment.
The only thing I can do at the moment is to send your request to our developers. I don't remember anyone requesting such a feature before, to be honest, but it makes sense after your explanation. I hope our developers will find a way to implement a feature that would allow to achieve a similar structure.
Okay thanks, it would only improve the capabilities of the packages that feature.
In anticipation of that feature, I will work out it currently by creating an additional service category and placing all packages as a service under it.

I'm afraid, at the moment there's no such option to merge multiple appointments in one, even if they are booked one after another.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
Also, may I ask you why the solution with Extras doesn't meet your requirements? What is missed in this feature?
