Please do you have any examples or demonstrations, of how payment checkout with woocommerce process looks like? Also are you able to integrate your payment checkout process with 2checkout?
I'm afraid, there's no way to test the WooCommerce payments except for purchasing a license.
I can tell you that WooCommerce integration works like a payment getaway in Amelia: after a Customer picks a time slot and fills in the booking form, he/she is being automatically redirected to a cart and then to a checkout page. Please note that the cart or some other features like Woo login won't work with this integration (so, in other words, Customers won't be able to pick multiple appointments and add them to the cart as it happens with the usual online shopping process, the cart can be used only automatically as a pre-checkout stage).
At the moment, Amelia has Stripe, PayPal and WooCommerce integration among its payment systems, so if 2checkout is included in Woo getaways, then it can be used through this integration, otherwise, I'm afraid, it's not available.
I'd like to mention that we have 15 days money-back guarantee, which means you can purchase Amelia, test it, and if it turns out Amelia doesn't fit your business, you can request a money refund within 15 days after the purchase.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
My client has a company that provides a home cleaning service. They would like to have a booking system where the system keeps track of available cleaners for each of the slots in a day. But here is the catch. They do not want the amount of cleaners available in their business to be visible on the front end. Instead, they want the customer to be able to go online, and book say 1, 2, 3, or even 4 cleaners for a specific duration, and the system must be able to check if this amount of cleaners are available during the time period selected, and automatically assign cleaners to the job.
I have looked through all the material I could find so far, and I cannot find evidence that positively indicates this. Can you maybe confirm to me if this will be possible and refer me to any information material that shows how this will be set up?
It is possible to hide the Employee selection drop-down with a custom CSS that we can provide you. Then, an Employee will be selected by Amelia randomly.
But the thing is: each Service in amelia can have only one Employee assigned for a time slot. There's a workaround: if you connect two-three-four Employees to the same Google Calendar, then if a time slot is booked with one Employee, it will be booked with the other ones through the Calendar. However, in this case, all these Employees should work in fixed pairs or groups, otherwise, this logic won't work.
