In Our website We are using Amelia and formidable plugin and here is the issue that we are facing:

presenter signs up for showings and adds his hours and days off through formidable which automatically creates a WP account. landlord can see the presenters hours in the view
currently the connection to Amelia is done manually- we create an Amelia employee account and set his hours for showings. 
Later, if the presenter changes his hours in Amelia we would have to change his hours in formidable in order for the landlord to view hos current available showing hours 

what we would like  is for these connection to be automatic so

1. when a user submits a presenter form  a user is created in Amelia with the hours of showings 
2. when the presenter changes his hours in Amelia its changed in his form as well or block the presenters access to changing hours in Amelia front end and he will change his hours in the formidable which will update Amelia in the booking widget
