I have some events that dont need booking. People can just turn up. e.g. Farmers Market.
How can I remove the Booking option and make no reference to the people coming or booking?
It would also be good to have its own page so people can click to a dedicated page for the event, is this possible? So we can share a URL to the event on social media.
We will sell tickets to some events with capacity, and some not. So we cant just hide all the book and capacity data from the front end.
Also, it seems quite long winded to create a page for each event.
So instead we are trying WP Event Manager https://wp-eventmanager.com/. This does what we need for Events. We will have to split events and other bookings, so WP Event Manager for the Events page, and Amelia for booking tables at the cafe on another page.
I see - may I then ask you to please leave the optional capacity as a suggestion on our Feature request page?
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

Hi Laurence,
thank you for reaching out to us!
Well, we could set the maximum capacity to as many people as possible, and just hide the capacity from showing on the front end with CSS.
Also, you can use a shortcode [ameliaevents event=1] to place just this event on a whole other page. URL would be the URL of that page.
Would this work for you?
Hi Ivana thanks for the reply.
