Dear Sirs,
I almost completed my first setup! My clients outlook has been connected but the appointment details are not transferred to outlook? Only the date and time and the kind of appointment?
The customized questions as you can see in the picture should be added in the outlook notes part.
Is this possible?

thank you for reaching out to us!
You can go to Amelia > Settings > Integrations > Outlook, and in Description add the placeholders for the custom fields, so that they will show up on the Outlook.
