Using the column type attachment, you will only be able to add one attachment per cell, but as a workaround you can upload your documents, set the column type as multi-line string and add hyperlinks to the file destination. In this way you will be able to add multiple documents to a single cell.
The same goes for images, you will not be able to add more than one per cell using the image column type but you can set the column type to multiline string and add the images with this code

Unfortunately there is no way to select a folder path.
