thank you for contacting
I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.
The maximum allowed database prefix for Amelia is 16 characters, and you have a longer prefix for tables in your database so this is why Amelia can't be installed properly. You need to shorten your database prefix first and then activate and deactivate Amelia.
You can download the Change Table Prefix plugin, which can easily lower the number of characters in the database's prefix. Just set that below 16 characters, and you'll be good to go.
