    I am changing the working hours and days but when I try to make a booking on Saturday it shows Saturdays are not available even though I set the time for Saturday in the settings menu

    Hi Martin,

    thank you for reaching out to us!

    I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.

    Please check if you have an employee with working hours on Saturday (in Amelia > Employee > choose Employee > Working Hours.

    Also, please check the tab Assigned Service, to check if employee is connected to that service.

    Make sure that, if you are connected to a calendar (Outlook or Google), and you have enabled Busy slots, you don't have anything entered into the calendar for Saturday, because this will block the available times in Amelia for that day.

    If none of this makes a change, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
