The plug-in looks great and I think is pretty much exactly what we looking for. However I'd like to know one thing if possible? If a customer books a service but then have to cancel, is there a way that we can credit them with a credit note automatically? Ideally this would come into effect within a certain time frame before the event takes place. I've seen that as a customer you can login and reschedule but I wondered if it is possible to cancel and receive a credit note?

Sorry for late response, we did not work because we have national holidays.
At the moment, the only workaround is to use the deposit payments since we do not have credit note.
Maybe deposit can help you out.
