We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, in my website all appointments are for 2 hours but I need to change the working hours only on Saturday for 08:00 - 13:00. The system is not letting me do this. Do you know how can I change this? I dont even have an option to change it to 09:00 - 13:00. Thanks
Hi Simona Georgieva,
Thank you for your inquiry.
I am not sure whether you need to change only one Saturday or all Saturdays. If you need to change the working hours for only one Saturday I advise you to use our Special Days for it. Create one Special Day and set the specific working hours for it and the Special Day will override the global working hours that you have.
If, on the other hand, you need to change the working hours for all Saturdays then in the employee's working hours you should be able to delete the existing time slot for Saturday or edit it and change the time.
If you cannot do this I will need to ask you to please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hello Simona
If you need to do this for all your employees, you need to access each employee's profile, and under Work Hours change the working hours for all your employees.
On your website, the default time slot step is 2 hours, and that's why you don't see 13:00 offered. All your services have a duration of 3 hours, not 2. To be able to change the ending work hours for your employees, you need to lower the default time slot step in Amelia's General Settings to 1h, and after that you will be able to do it. Also, if your employees are offering fixed appointments, from 08:00 - 11:00, from 11:00 - 14:00, and so on, you should enable "Use service duration for booking a time slot".
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
