Google Calendar integrated but not showing unavailable dates/times

I've followed this article here and it looks I've integrated it the right away.

Then logged into the employee's google calendar (technically one of my emails) and chose the calendar. However, a visitor can still just book any time slot, instead of the unavailable dates/times being greyed out. I'm missing something, I just don't know what?

    Hi Amber Andreucci,

Thank you for your inquiry. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with our plugin.

There can be two possible reasons why the time slots are not removed:

    1. All events created in the Google calendar must have Busy status in order to affect the free time slots in Amelia. So open the Event created in Google calendar and check if the status is set to busy.

    2. Maximum Number Of Events Returned - Open the Integration settings on our Settings page and under the Google calendar setting find the last option "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" and set the bigger number.

Please let me know if any of these two fixed your problem.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

Hi there, thank you for your insight into this. I've confirmed that the events in the calendar used for the employee are set to busy. Also, when I go to set the maximum events to a larger number (it's currently set to 50) it's greyed out and will not let me change it.

    Any other ideas?

    Hi, Amber!

Could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode.

We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.

    Best Regards.
