Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Please update your language files so that they work for the entire application. Currently, the language files do not affect anything on the Dashboard. This makes the user interface very inconsistent for my end users. For example, if you change Employee to something else using Loco Translate, it doesn't change anything on the dashboard.
And it's not just the dashboard the menu name for Employee doesn't change nor do other instances.
It's hit or miss, which words and phrases update and which don't. This shows lack of quality control with the app.
Hi Elaine,
thank you so much for letting us know!
May I please kindly ask you to tell me which language you are using so that we can check the files?

Hi Elaine!
Thank you so much for the kind reply; I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.
I have forwarded the inquiry to developers to consult on why this may be happening; in the meantime it would help immensely if you could provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
