I have requested a refund of AMELIA since Support Team doesn't resolve the problems generated in the plugin.
I requested it and the bottom seems grayed out, but now that I visit the page it does not appear at all.
Do you know if this is normal or they cancelled my request???
I'm very dissapointed of this plugin, the disinformation and the impossibility to contact directly with support team is frustrating and dissapointing.
I hope that they give my back the money since I requested the refund on time.
I agree. The support is terrible. I'm very disappointed in the support and the period of time it takes for help. I hope you get your refund.

You are right - after you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days. Please let me know if 7 business days have passed since, so that we can check
Hi Ralph; please feel free to open up a new ticket for any assistance you need. Our work hours are 10:00 - 17:00 (can vary up to 1-2 hours) CET Monday - Friday, so you can expect a response from us then. We have a response time limit 3-5 days but we mostly respond to tickets in 24 hours on work days.
