We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    I am trying to set the opening hours of the studio but I cannot set the quarter of an hour. Example: my times are from 15:15 to 18:45 but it doesn't allow me to set them. He only offers me the hours and half hours. How can I do?

    Also, I have only one employee who works in two locations on different days. How can I give my user the possibility to choose the location of the visit? Or better, how can I set the location in spcifi days?

    Hi Luca Turrin,

    Thank you for your inquiry and sorry for our late reply due to the weekend.

    To be able to set the quarter please go to the Settings page, open General Settings, and set the Default Time Slot Step to 15 minutes. All time settings follow this default time slot step so once you set it to 15 minutes you will be able to set hours as you need.

    As for your second question, create one employee, and create two locations on the Locations page. Then go back to that employee and open working hours or Special days and once you edit the working period you will see the option to assign a location for each period. At the moment two locations cannot be added to the same working period but as I can see from your question you don't need that, you need different locations for different periods and that is possible.
