Hi,
I would like to know if it's possible to manually confirm a reservation ? People can put an option on a slot and I receive a email to confirm or not. If I say yes, an email is send with a link for an advance payment to fully confirm the appointement.
I hope my explanation is clear.
It my scenario is possible ?

Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
You can manually approve an appointment if you set them to be Pending by default, in Amelia > Settings > General Settings.
However, even if when they are Pending, customer will still be immediately asked to make an online payment while booking.
If you happen to reject their Pending appointment, you would need to manually refund it.

Perfect for "pending by default" option. I would like to know if it's possible to ask for just an advance payment and not the totally when people make a reservation.

Yes, we do have an option for advance payment (advanced payment is made while booking, and the rest they pay when they arrive to your business location), it was released in our update 3.3 so please make sure that you have this version of Amelia.
