    Hello.
I was impressed with this service and purchased the paid version.
I like it because it's very easy to use, but there are some things I don't understand.
The first is about placeholders.Looking at Google Chrome's Dev'tool, it seems that each field has a placeholder frame, but how can I put text here?
The second is about the text fields provided by default.
I use this in Japan, but in Japan it is customary to write the lastname and firstname in reverse, so can't I manage this?
Or is there a way to delete only the four fields provided by default?
    that's all.
    Thank you.

    Hi Tousuke,

thank you so much for reaching out to us!

Can you please advise a bit more about the placeholders for Dev Tool? Amelia has placeholders for emails, and for metadata for payments. They are currently not editable.

For the fields, you can download Loco Translate and simply rename the fields (First name to Last name and vice versa), so that the Last Name is requested as a first field.

    Hi Ivana,

Thank you for your quick reply!

My question about Devtools was bad.
I wanted to ask if I could fill in the PlaceHolder in the text field I added in the custom field.
    Can't this be done?

I never had a way to use Loco Translate. Thank you very much.

By the way, is there a way to delete the four "First Name", "Last Name", "email address", and "phone number" that are prepared from the beginning?

    Hi Tousuke,

thank you for the kind reply, and for elaborating!

I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.

Custom fields have their own placeholders that will send the information to the calendar, email notification, or payment as needed:

Once you create a custom field you will get a new placeholder in email notifications %custom_field_1%

Loco Translate is very user friendly and can be downloaded for free on WordPress, if you'd like to give it a try.

Those lines can be hidden with custom CSS, just please send me the URL of the page where your Amelia booking is.

    Hi Ivana.

Thank you for your reply after the holidays!

I'm sorry, it seems that Placeholder's perception was different from yours.
What I wanted to say is the light gray example that was originally in the form.

I attached a capture to the attached file, so please check it.

I tried Loco Translate. It was very convenient and I was surprised!
Thank you so much for telling me!

Below is the URL of Amelia's reservation page.

    Hi Tousuke,

thank you for the kind reply!

I am happy to hear that Loco Translate helpedsmile.png

You can use it to fill out the email placeholder ([email protected]); just type "example" in Loco, it will find it.

Phone on the other hand is dynamic, as it depends from the country that is chosen, so it constantly changes the example phone number it will give; unfortunately it can't be changed. We can try to hide it with custom CSS, just please grant me access to your booking page; I received the error below on your site:
