We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

As an employee, I logged in to my control panel in order to add a new appointment and a new client (see image STEP 1).
I clicked + NEW APPOINTMENT and the system shows me a list of clients (see image STEP 2), but in this case is a new client and Iobviously is not on the list... if I want to add a new one, I don´t see a link to do that... as an employee where do I go to add a new client? .....

If I´m a reglar client and I want to make an appointment for later today, the system is not showing availability, even for the next couple of days. (see image AMELIA 1) the image shows the calendar without availability for next couple of days even though there are not clients for those days. How can we fix this?

1 - There isn't a possibility for employees to create new customers with Amelia's current built-in features, unfortunately, they can only book appointments with already created customers. We have that option in our to-do list for future improvements of the plugin, but at the moment we can't say for sure when it could be implemented.
2 - Please check out what you have set for the option 'Minimum time required before booking: ' that can be set for all services in Amelia -> Settings -> General or per service when you open/edit a service under the Settings tab.
