1. Could you please tell which Payment system you use?
2. Please note that the multilanguage feature works only if you have multilanguage environment (which means that you have different pages for each language and you placed Amelia booking forms on these pages).
1. I used Stripe and Paypal for the payment method.
2. I have different pages for each language where I have placed Amelia booking, and it does translate the days, months, the general text that is in the calendar, but not the text of the services I provide, although I have translated it, as you can see in the picture 03_.PNG
I have same inssue what Tony mentioend as a Q1. What is the solution on this even I did set up Paypal/Stripe or domestic Money transfer setting as a payment method?
When using Stripe or PayPal through Amelia, the most important thing to mention is that Amelia only connects your existing account, and there are no other settings other than what’s described in the Payment Settings section. So, if you’re having issues with payments the issue probably lies with the payment service’s credentials.
If you’re simply testing the payment with “Sandbox” or “Test” mode, you need to enable them first, in Payment Settings and copy your Test credentials from PayPal or Stripe into their corresponding fields.
Also, you cannot perform Test payments with a real credit card, nor can you enable Live payments and run your test card. It’s not going to work as Live payments need a real card #, and test payments need test card #. If you wish to test the payment, you can get Stripe’s test card details on this link.
So, please, check if you use the correct credentials and that the Sandbox/Test mode is disabled.
If that doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login (you can post it as a private reply to this ticket), so we will look into the issue from the inside.
Please check the credentials one more time, and make sure that the credentials match the mode - either Sandbox/Test or Live. If that doesn't help, please open a new ticket, since we will have to access your WP back-end, and it won't be possible to provide us access if yiu're not the owner of the ticket.
You should submit a new ticket because here you won't be able to post a private response since it's not your ticket, as I mentioned before.
This means we won't be able to log in to the back-end of Amelia to investigate the issue. And without that, it will be quite complicated to figure out what causes the issue.
I have two issues:
1. The most important, the payment and the reservation with Amelia doesn't proceed.
When I clic the final step to submit, it keeps waiting forever. You can see it in the pictures.
2. I have translated the Amelia plugin's strings in french but it doesn't show up the language in the french section.
Could you please help me with this issue?
I await for your answer.
Thanks in advance.
Estefany
Hi, Estefany!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
1. Could you please tell which Payment system you use?
2. Please note that the multilanguage feature works only if you have multilanguage environment (which means that you have different pages for each language and you placed Amelia booking forms on these pages).
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi Liza,
1. I used Stripe and Paypal for the payment method.
2. I have different pages for each language where I have placed Amelia booking, and it does translate the days, months, the general text that is in the calendar, but not the text of the services I provide, although I have translated it, as you can see in the picture 03_.PNG
How can I solve these issues?
Hi,
I have same inssue what Tony mentioend as a Q1. What is the solution on this even I did set up Paypal/Stripe or domestic Money transfer setting as a payment method?
I'm also having issues with my site processing payments.
I get an error message: Sorry, there was an error processing your payment. Please try again later.

Hi, Oguzhan!
The same advice goes to you: please check the credentials one more time.
Also, I saw that you opened a ticket, so my colleague will respond to you soon, and I'm sure the issue will be resolved.
Best Regards.
Hi, Jennifer!

Liza, the credentials are on Live.
Why do I have to submit another ticket???
Jennifer,
Thank you for the clarification.
You should submit a new ticket because here you won't be able to post a private response since it's not your ticket, as I mentioned before.
