We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I know this plug in is aimed more at set services but with the premium version would it be possible to use this plug in to book board rooms etc, for a variable amount of time? Some of our spaces people can book 1H - 5H

    If this is possible we would move forward with purchase right away!

    thank you for reaching out to us!

    We could make a workaround for that business model:

    You could create the rooms as Categories and 5 Services for each time span that can be booked, so that your clients can choose if they want to book for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 etc.

    In case that 2 hours are booked, 3 hours would still be available; for the 5 hours you can set the same employee so that 5 hours would be unavailable if 2 or 3 or 1 is booked.
