To set the Event title and description in the Outlook calendar go to our Settings page, open Integration Settings, and choose the Outlook calendar tab. There you will see two options, to set the Event Title and Description by using our placeholders that will be replaced with real data once the appointment is created.
In the dropdown just click on the placeholder that you want to add, and a placeholder will be copied right away, and then paste it to the field.
I think that you did not read my message, or I did not explained well.
I meant that I want to use CUSTOMIZED fields to put in my calendar tittle or description. I created a new custom field called "motiu" (subject) but I don't see how to include it in the outlook calendar when a user fills the form
That's basically it. When you create a custom field in Amelia/Customize/Custom fields, go to Amelia Settings/Integrations/Outlook Calendar, and modify either the Event Title, or Event Description, by adding the placeholder of that custom field.
If it's %custom_field_1%, add that, and the value of the custom field will be added to the event in Outlook Calendar.
If we still don't understand this correctly, please explain with a few more details, and preferably with some screenshots.
Hi,
How can I do to integrate custom fields like "subject" in my integrated outlook calendar
Hi Jordi,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Now yes, using %custom_field_3% solved my question
Thanks
