Hi ! I've got several problems with the notifications.
1- Settings : I can't put "Less secured app" ON in my Google account because I use the double authentification. Is there another way tu use the SMTP system ? While finding a solution, I set WPmail and it's working, but I'd rather use SMTP.
2- I changed the email template for approuved appointement. It worked well but I wanted another message. So I changed the template again 2 days ago. I saved it, I can see it in the back office, but when I try and book an appointement, I get the old message and not the new one that is in the notification tab. I cleared the cache and it's still sending the old message.
3- And just to be sure (I think the answer is no, but you never know), is there a way to send a different aprouved appointement notification regarding what kind of service it is ?
1 - I'm afraid that will create problems and the notifications won't work with SMTP if you don't allow less secure apps in your Google account, unfortunately. You can check out if that is possible with the WP Mail SMTP plugin maybe, if you install it and set it up on your website, you need to choose WP Mail in Amelia as well, but it should use that other plugin's configuration for sending emails .
2 - Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We will need to book some test appointments to check this out.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see them except us.
3 - There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. We will work on that in the future, but for now we can't say when it could be implemented.

No, I only have French. I don't even have a plug-in for multiple languages.
I found it !! The old message was saved in the French tab. I could change it from there.
