Hello,
first I'd like to start with the issues I have:
Adding the shortcode [ameliacustomerpanel events=1] just shows the spinning wheel but doesn't load any results.
It's not possible to add WP users to the amelia backend - even when I select "new user" it doesn't do it.
I use WP Amelia within Oxygenbuilder - the registering for an event works fine. Also, I never had any issues running shortcodes there.
Additionally I'd like to ask for features, which are important especially in the time of corona for gyms for example:
Minimum Participants
If I run an event I may come to the fact that at least 5 participants are needed to let the event happen ( courses ). If the minimum isn't reached until a certain time prior to the event it should be cancelled.
Booking time starting x days prior to the event (recurring events)
One Person should be able to book for multiple users (configurable maximum ie: can book for 3 persons) including giving their names. Corona requires to track participants names. One might say each participant shall have an own email. But that's not working for courses for children for example. Parents need to be able to book 2 kids to an event (maybe even without booking the parent him/herself).
Having an event with multiple groups. Booking order. Like if the event has 3 groups I need to be able to lock 2 groups until the first one is filled. Order of groups should be configurable.

Sadly I did not get an response. [ameliacatalog service=5] causes the load a cycle only and shows the following error in the broswer console. The issue with the customer panel isn't resolved either yet.

Hi Christopher,
thank you for reaching out to us; I apologize on the later response, as we don't work on weekends.
Regarding the shortcode; please go to Amelia > Customization and check if the option Use already preloaded Vue is enabled.
If it is, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thank you so much for the kind suggestions; I'll forward this, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
