Hi,
first: you solution is really great!
I've the problem that my client offers services which start between 09:00 am and 10:00 pm but can last for a couple of hours. How do I have to do the setting for the services to get this done.
Till now it seems that are only services accepted which end before 12:00 p.m.
Perhaps I've the wrong edition?
I did enter the availability of the employees behind till 24:00 and then from 00:00 next day on.
Would be REALLY URGENT as we have a GoLive upfront!
Best
Harald
Hi, Harald!
Thank you for choosing Amelia and for your kind words.
I'm afraid, at the moment appointments can last only until midnight, since this is Amelia's logic: after midnight it will be already another day, and bookings must stay within the same day.
It can be achieved with Events since Events can last for more than 24h, but I'm not sure if it's suitable in your case.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
Best Regards.
