I had a customer reschedule their appointment using the customer panel, however, the reminder notification did not go out. It was more than 24 hours before the appointment. Why would this have happened?
Could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.

Sorry for the delayed response.
Unfortunately, I couldn't really see what's going on on the back-end since the User that you created for us doesn't have WP Admin permissions.
Also, I wasn't able to test notifications as a test customer since all time slots were booked, so I couldn't reschedule it for tomorrow.
But I got an idea about your booking process, at least.
Could it be that the rescheduled appointments were in "pending" status at the moment when the Reminder notifications were sent?
PS I created a test Customer and booked a test appointment for 24 May.
