We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I’m really interesting to get your plugin in my wp .
My concern is I have a salon shop, so you plugin support multiple servers reservations?
I mean if a customer wants to book an appointment from
1pm - 2pm for hair cut = 5$
after that he would like to have a beard shaving = 5$ or a massage = 10$
How we can do it in this plugin
Thanks in advance
Hi Muh,
thank you for taking interest in Amelia, and for reaching out to us!
I apologize for the later response, due to the Easter holidays we've had.
You can add these as Extras.
Extras are like mini services that a customer can choose with their standard service when booking.
So your customer has 1 hour hair cut for 5$, they can add extra shaving for 5$ that will last x minutes (depends how much time you set), or massage for 5$. Let's say massage and shaving are each 15 minutes.
They will pay $10 if they choose one of those with the hair cut, and their service would last 1 hour and 15 minutes.
