    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    You can create just one Event and add multiple dates under it. In this case, your clients will be able to book only the entire Event at once, they won't be able to pick different dates or time slots.

    Also, you can use Recurring events, so each of the days will be a separate Event in Amelia. However, the dates and time will be also fixed, so your clients won't have an opportunity to pick any other time slots.

    If you want to use Appointments instead of Events, and let your Customers pick different time slots,  then it can be achieved with Packages of Services - it is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. You can see more information here.

    Please note that the Packages feature is only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses.

    Hey,

    is it possible for the packages of multiple appointments to enfore that each appointment is taken right after the other. 


    Example Customer: Hairdresser

    Package of individual services (appointments): Haircut, Coloring and Extensions


    Then the customer would be able to choose a timeslot and book the whole package. Where all 3 appointments need to occur right after each other. So if each takes 1 hour and he books the package for Monday 10:00 then the services should be scheduled as follows
    - Haircut (#1) at 10:00-11:00

    - Coloring (#2) at 11:00-12:00

    - Extensions (#3) at 12:00-13:00

    Where as in the backend the 3 services are different appointments so that they can be arranged and done by different members of the team, without blocking the schedule of one teammember for the whole time in one calendar.
    Would make it much easier to organize for us.

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    I'm afraid, it's not possible to limit the available time slots to one day. So, you can create a package that includes 3 Services, 1 appointment of each, and I'm sure that your clients will be interested in booking them one after another, but here's no option to set it this way. It will be up to the clients. 

    Another solution is to use one main Service, let's say Haircut, and add the following Services as extras (Coloring and Extensions) to this "main" Service. Each of the Extras can have a duration and a price. But the only problem is that in this case, they will have to be performed by the same Employee then.

    Hi Liza, thanks for the reply.

    They way we are doing it now is having one big service and the 3 individual ones.

    Only bottleneck is that this way, one employee is bocked for the whole duration.

    This makes it difficult to integrate interns and manage time efficiently.

    Is there currently an update planned, where such efficient arrangement/time management would be possible?

    I see.

    To be honest, it's not in our roadmap for the next few updates. We will definitely add more options for assigning Employees, but right now we have so many features that were postponed due to the pandemic, that's why we have to implement them first.

    I will forward this request to our development team, but it will definitely take time.
