We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Different Labels for Events and Services

Can we add a feature to create a label for different services? Some of the "instructors" are "Examiners" for some services (tests) and Instructors for some type of single event classes. Both are services but the name needs to be unique for each.

Also, Events - it would be great if we could change the name of Events to another Name if necessary.  In my client's case  - Classes, as these are multi-day classes.

    Hi, Heather!

I apologize for the delayed response.

I'm afraid, at the moment it's possible to have only one set of Labels with current built-in features. You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.

Also, the word Event can be changed by modifying it in Loco Translate or Poedit. That's how it can be done:

    1. Install POEDIT.

    2. After that, open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/en_US/wpamelia-en_US.po.

    3. Modify a string by translating it

    4. Replace the existing file with the newly saved .po file in /plugins/ameliabooking/languages/en_US (use WP File Manager or any similar plugin)

    5. Clear browser and server cache

It seems a bit complicated at first, but actually, it's quite easy plus it will give you the freedom to change any strings that you want.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.
