Hi,
I'd like to enquire about the placeholder, %coupon_used%.
It seems that this placeholder can not be used in the emails for customers, but it would be better in some cases if they could check what coupon they used before. Is there a way to do this at the moment?
Also, in the emails for employees, this placeholder provide "Customer name, code and deduction amount". Could you make something like %coupon_code% so that only the code appears in the email.
Thanks for your help.
Best,
Sho
Hi Sho,
thank you for reaching out to us; I apologize for the later response, due to the Easter holidays we've had.
%coupon_used% - which shows which coupon the customer used for that booking, can only be sent to the employee at the moment, yes.
Unfortunately, I am sorry to disappoint you, but something like this for a customer is not possible with the plugin's built-in features currently.
I'll forward this to our development team, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Hi Ivana,
Ok, Thanks for your reply!
Best,
Sho
