We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi again, Angel!

Please check what is the default Appointment status in Amelia -> Generals Settings. If it's "Pending", then please change it to "Approved":

    Hi Liza,

Could you please help me here,

As my client wants to make a booking system, where user can select more than one slot at a time like there is 2 hours = 1 slot, so if a user wants to book 2 or 4 slots (more than one slots) so could you please let me know how can we do that system with this plug-in? So users can book more than one slot.

    Kind Regards,

    Angel

    Hi, Angel!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to book multiple appointments at once with current built-in features in Amelia. But it is on our to-do list for future updates.

However, it can be achieved with some workarounds.

One of the workarounds is to use Recurring appointments. But it is suitable only if a customer books multiple appointments of the same service.

The other one is Packages of Services - it is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. You can see more information here.

Please note that the Packages feature is only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Liza,

There is a Select box. And option should be selected by default. But there is not a single option selected.

    Hi, Angel!

Actually, no. If a Custom field is not mandatory, then no answer will be pre-selected (because it will just remain empty), and if it is mandatory, then pre-selection doesn't make any sense since a Customer has to choose his/her option anyways.

    Best Regards.
