Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
I need to make an appointment from the backend, but for some reasons even if there are capacities at a specific time, time doesn't show so can't make any booking.
(I believe that we can make appointments from backend even though customers can't make appointments due to the preparation time. )
For example, there's a plan called "01", and it has 20 maximum capacity. At 14:00, there's a booking with 5 ppl. so there should be 15 capacity left but I can't even select the time. The same thing is happening everywhere.
I made sure that the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" is selected.
it's 5/1 today, I wrote wrong on the photo. but still..
It seems to be that if there's any booking on time, we can't select anything at the same time anymore. Capacity is not working. Sorry in case If I'm missing some setting.
all right... I noticed that I can put some extra customers on the existing booking.. I was a bit confused but the problem is solved.
Sorry for the mess, thanks!
Hi, Kazuki!
I apologize for the delayed response, it was a National holiday in our country.
I'm glad to know you found the solution.
How can I help you now, maybe you still have some questions left?
Best Regards.
