Hi guys,
First i wanna thank you for all the support you give to us, and the quick reply you make each time!
Secondly I want to book 2 employees at the same time, is that something that is possible or could be done in the future?
Right now I only find a dropdown menu where we can choose 1 employee or anyone.
Thanks
Hi, Alexandre!
Thank you for your kind words.
Sorry, we couldn't make it as quickly as usual since we had a National holiday and we got back in the office only today.
At the moment, there is no built-in feature in Amelia that would allow to assign two Employees for the same Appointment. However, it can be fixed with a workaround: if you connect both Employees to the same Google Calendar, then in case there's a booking for let's say 10 am with Employee A, then the same time slot at 10 am will be unavailable for further bookings with Employee B as well. Unfortunately, this workaround doesn't help to select two Employees for an Appointment separately. Thus, they will have to work in "fixed" pairs.
Also, you can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Best Regards.
