Hi,
is there a way to allow multiple customers to book the same service in the same time slot, defining a maximum number per service?
The services that we sell need to be booked from differente customers at the same time, for example, a mountain bike tour saturday morning, shoud be booked from a minimun of 1 to maximum of 6 different persons.
Thank you
Best regards
Hello Massimiliano
Thank you for your purchase.
Of course, this can be configured. When you configure minimum and maximum capacity for the service, you also need to enable "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia Settings/Appointment settings.
If that is enabled, and "Allow booking above maximum capacity" is disabled, you should face behavior as you described in your ticket.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
