    Hi Amelia

Previously our confirmation emails were sending out the wrong event times. I removed the time from the confirmation email. Now the emails are sending the wrong dates as well. This just happened randomnly.

I'll have to delete the plugin if it can't be fixed.

    Please help!

I think it might have something to do with it not updating? My website says it's version 3.02 and I need to upgrade but when I click upgrade it then comes up with an 'update failed' message: The plugin is at the latest version

Clearly it's not. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there another way for me to install the update?

    Thanks!!

    Hi Lynsey,

    thank you for contacting us!

Yes, most likely because we are on 3.2 currently; let's try manual update then.

I will send you new Amelia as a zip in the attachment here.

    Just follow these steps:

1.) Download zip from the attachment

2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

    3.) Delete existing ameliabooking folder.

4.) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)

5.)  Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.

6.) Deactivate ameliabooking, and then activate it again.

7.) Clear server and browser cache (IMPORTANT if you are using caching plugin)

Please note that if you delete old version from WP-admin (by clicking “Delete” in the plugins page) you will not lose your data and settings because it is already saved in database.

Let me know if it worked for you!

Thanks! I tried that - it seemed to upload the new version - and it's working on the back end - but it's not displaying on my website?

    Hi Lynsey,

thank you for the kind reply; I apologize for the later response, due to the Easter holidays we've had.

Please make sure cache is deleted, and that you have deactivated and activated Amelia as a final step.

Also please check if Amelia shortcode is still on the page; if it needs refreshing, please check Amelia > Customization > Reset.

If these don't work, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
