Is there a way to leave a comment in a specific customer's customer panel?
Currently, we give coupons to specific customers simply by email. However, it can be a hassle for customers to find the coupon email we sent before. Therefore, it would be great if we could offer a coupon in the customer panel as well. For instance, since we added "text" as a custom field in the booking form and I know that we can edit the text box after customers submit the form, is it possible to make the content of the text box appear in the customer panel?
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
The custom fields are not related to customers, only appointments, and customers can't see them from their panel. This would be a good workaround, so I will forward it to our development team, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
However, I actually need this feature as soon as possible, so it would be really great if you can give me some suggestions to do this by using other plugins or somehow. Any suggestion?
Amelia doesn't have any integrations with other plugins that would allow this, so until we include custom fields for the customers, there's no way to add it, unfortunately.
